How do I order an item from you?
On the "Stock" page simply click on the "Enquire" button and fill in the email form, stating title and the item number of the piece you are interested in and whether you live in the U.K. or elsewhere. We will answer your query as quickly as possible and supply a quote for shipping and a total price.
How do I pay for my item?
U.K. sales - we accept Paypal ( which allows you to use securely credit / debit cards without having to sign up to Paypal ) and cheques in £s Sterling from customers within the U.K. Cheques must "clear" our bank account before an item is posted; usually about 5 working days.
International sales - we accept only Paypal .
In what condition are your items?
The items we sell are all in good condition without any chips, cracks or restoration, unless stated in their description. Please remember, however, that our items are all vintage or antique items which might have the usual signs of ageing and light wear, paricularly crazing and minor imperfections.
How long will delivery take?
Once payment has been confirmed we aim to send your parcel within two working days. Most domestic deliveries are sent by Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service which will ensure that your item is insured and delivered before 1.00pm the day after posting.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We have many years experience of delivering pieces safely to all areas of the world. We normally use the trackable "International signed for" service of Royal Mail.
Do you stand at any fairs?
We stand at Peterborough Festival of Antiques and at the B2B Events Antiques & Collectors fairs at Malvern's Three Counties Showground.
Do we buy pottery?
Yes, we are always looking to buy new items. If you have something to sell which you think might be of interest, simply email us with a brief description and a photograph if possible and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
